Strict mode

Make @types required where it matters.

Gradual adoption is the default: no @types block means no checking, no noise. Strict mode is the opt-in ratchet — declare that certain folders must be typed.

Config lives in package.json under edge.check:

• requireTypes — globs (relative to this package.json) whose templates must carry a @types block
• exclude — carve-outs; wins over requireTypes
• severity — "error" (default; fails edge-check) or "warn" (reported, exit code stays 0 — useful mid-migration)

A matching template without a block produces:

The same rule appears in the editor as a line-1 diagnostic.

Components are the natural first target: they are called from many places, so a declared interface pays the most rent.
